If in the unlikely event you are not 100% totally delighted with your lashes at Evoque Lash Spa, just tell us within 2 days and we will redo your treatment for FREE!

We know lashes inside out and back to front here at Evoque, and whilst our techniques are proven to work ... well there may occassionally be a few factors involved with lashes shedding too soon or if you feel they are not long enough.

So please call and speak with our receptionist, and she can go throught his all with you, as there are sometimes a few things a guest may forget to do or not do.

We are here to work with you for your best lashes and confidence in yourself.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with the outcome of your Fat Blaster treatments then please speak with your therapist so we can go through your concerns and address them for you.

We cannot offer a refund on Fat Blaster treatments : whilst we FULLY believe in the amazing outcome of the Fat Blaster machine, we have no idea or control of your hormone activites, your alcohol & diet & lifestyle & Genetics -  therefore we cannot offer refunds. We can however discuss alternatives and come to very great solutions, we can refer you to a very reputable nutrionist and naturopath because your satisfaction is our Top Priority.
